(2) The List of Learners in Excel format. [Please keep the list in EXCEL. We can’t use it in pdf format.] Download the list HERE.
(3) A detailed, extensive description of your curriculum, your approach, and how you provide for your individual learners’ needs in your institution. Take your time over this document; it is of the utmost importance.
(4) A completed and signed POPI consent form from the parent/guardian of each learner at the Institution. The Trust requires these forms in order to be able to consider your application. Download the form HERE. Please send us a link to your Google Drive where you have saved these completed forms.
(5) The contract between you and your clients (the parents).
(6) The registration form for independent schools that you have downloaded from the website of your Provincial Education Department, and information on how far you have proceeded with completing the form. Any correspondence between you and the PED can also be included.(At present the only way in which an educational institution like yours can operate legally unfortunately is by registering as an independent school.)
(7) We need photos from the inside and outside of the institution, as well as of the ablution facilities. Thank you!
